Effective September 5, 2026. Applies to the website at cfbgameday.app and the CFB GameDay Board iPhone app, both published by Hoyne Labs LLC.
Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics scripts, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking pixels. The app and site do not ask for your location, contacts, camera, or notifications.
Starred games, dismissed hints, and the last betting line seen for each game are stored in your browser's local storage (or the app's web view storage) so they survive a reload. They never leave your device and you can clear them by clearing site data.
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for a short period for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Scores, schedules, records, and posted betting lines come from ESPN's public scoreboard feed, requested by our server, not by your device. Kickoff-hour weather comes from Open-Meteo. Links to ESPN gamecasts, Apple Maps, and ticket sellers open those services under their own privacy policies.
The board shows publicly posted betting lines and is not directed at children under 17.
Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Questions: open an issue at github.com/ChristianVerdin/cfb-gameday-board.
